Returns and Exchanges

My hope is that you will be satisfied with every purchase. If for some reason you are not, please contact me. I accept returns and exchanges on most items. Please make your request before shipping the item. You must contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days of deliver. I will refund your money minus shipping costs when I receive your return and see that it is in the same condition that I sent it. I can’t accept returns or exchanges on custom items or items on sale. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

Shipping

Your handmade item will be shipped within 3-5 days of purchasing. You will also receive a confirmation and tracking email regarding your purchase. Once it is shipped, U.S. orders should receive their purchase within 5-7 business and international orders usually arrive in 10-14 business days. Because international shipping rates have gone up, the calculated shipping may seem high. I will refund shipping overages. Generally, shipping to Canada runs $10-$18, and shipping everywhere else is $14-$28. Please let me know if you have any questions. I am very careful when packaging your journal to ensure that it arrives as nicely as I sent it off.

Payment

I prefer credit card or Paypal because they are easy and effective. I have not had any problems with them. If you live in the area and would prefer to pick it up at a show, contact me prior to buying it, and I will deduct the shipping costs.
